Shipping and Returns

Shipping with Your Thudbuster Order

Every Thudbuster order leaves our warehouse within 1 - 3 days and is shipped via either UPS or USPS.

We offer you the following UPS shipping options during checkout:
  1. UPS Ground - $9.50 - 3-5 days
  2. UPS Blue Label - $24.50 - 2 days
  3. UPS Red Label - $34.50 - 1 days
  4. USPS Express Canada - $29.50 - 3 days
  5. USPS International Express - $39.50 - 5 days
Shipping Times
Every Strider™ order leaves our warehouse within 1 - 3 days, Monday thru Friday. We will notify you when your purchase is shipped, or in the unlikely event your purchase is back-ordered.

Once your order has shipped, you should receive it within 1 - 5 business days, depending on the type of service you have selected (U.S. only).

Track Your Package
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the shipping number and a link to track your package.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If for any reason you may not be home to sign for your package, you may request to have your order shipped to another address. As a security measure to protect you against fraudulent charges, we may call you to confirm the alternate shipping address.

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses
All merchandise being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. All shipments must be processed through the military postal service, and, as such, will require more time. Priority Mail will arrive at the APO/FPO processing center, on average, in three days. However, from that point, your package will be handled by the military postal service. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.

Shipping Internationally
All international orders are shipped by US Postal Service International Express Mail. Shipping times are typically to 5 business days to FOREIGN CUSTOMS. The shipment may go right through customs or could get held for inspection. This is not under our control so allow time for possible customs delays.

PLEASE NOTE: Check with your local customs office as there may be additional taxes, duties or fees charged to your order. The fee paid at the time of order is for delivery only and does not cover any applicable duties or taxes.

No-Hassle Returns
Should you need to return any item to RJ Concepts, Inc. for any reason:
  1. Contact us and we will issue you a Return Number. (Which must be prominently marked on the outside of the box.)
  2. You may return your item via:
    • US Postal Service (you must send through registered mail and insure for the value of your item).
    • Federal Express or UPS (you must insure for the value of your item)
  3. Include a copy of your invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return.
